When will the live event take place?
There are 2 live events scheduled each month on Zoom to help you with your publishing journey. Each event is recorded with limited replay access available to all students if you can't make it live.

How can I access everything once I get signed up?
All event dates, Zoom links to join, and submission opportunities can be found inside our course portal. (It's the same one you use for your course login!) This will also be where you'll find replays and additional information for the next month's sessions.

Are there additional support opportunities?
Yes. Along with the live events and Q&As, we have a student-only private Facebook group. This group is your space to share your goals, ask questions, and network with your fellow children's book writers. You can also always email us directly at hello@journeytokidlit.com if you have any login or course portal issues.

What's the cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time through your original receipt login. Or you can email us at hello@journeytokidlit.com that you'd like us to cancel, and let us know the email you purchased it under. We will discontinue your subscription for you. You will receive access through the end of the month that you last purchased through.
